How to Access AI Reports
You can open AI Reports by clicking on [???] on the Sidebar. You will be taken to the AI Insights page, where you can ask Tacklebox AI to create graphs and charts for you.
AI Reports is only accessible to admins and supervisors.
What Kinds of Questions Can I Ask AI Reports?
With AI Reports, you can ask the AI to create graphs and pull data based on the calls from your business. AI Reports give you an endless amount of graphs you can customize to give you exactly what you’re seeking. Here are just a few examples of how you can use AI Reports:
Create a bar graph comparing the number of sales between employees last week.
Which agent had the fewest outbound calls in Q1 compared to the other agents?
Give me a circle graph showing monthly revenue by each agent's performance and highlight the poorest performing one.
