Live AI Assist

Live AI Assist is the AI assistant that listens to your conversation, transcribes the call, and offers suggestions in real time. These are completely optional for your call, and you can toggle them on and off as the call progresses.
When you begin a call, you can click on the “Tacklebox AI” button at the header of the page to activate Live AI Assist. It will automatically transcribe your conversation and prompt you with suggestions you can use. These transcriptions will be condensed into an AI summary, which is uploaded to the client profile.
If you would rather the AI not transcribe your conversation, you can click the toggle next to “Live transcription”. If you’d like to end Live AI Assist altogether, you can click on “End AI Assist” on the call toolbar at the top of the screen.
Live AI Assist automatically updates your CRM, so your call representatives and agents can focus on what they do best instead of filling out tedious forms. It can pull key information, update client profiles (such as name clarification, address, email, and date of birth), and add appointments to your calendar.
